During my recent business trip to Perissa, Santorini, my director chose Fenix Hotel as our accommodation. And I must say, it was a delightful choice. One of the standout features of this hotel is the absolutely stunning swimming pool, with its breathtaking view of the mountains. It truly is a sight to behold. The outdoor pool itself is magnificent and provides the perfect spot to take a refreshing dip on even the warmest summer days. Additionally, Perissa boasts an excellent beach, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy the sun, sand, and crystal-clear waters. Plus, the hotel provides various recreational amenities, including an outdoor pool, ensuring that there is something for everyone to enjoy.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. The pool was absolutely stunning and the bar staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The location was perfect as it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel also provided an airport transfer which was fantastic. I couldn't fault this place and would definitely stay here again if I came back.

We had an amazing time at the hotel. The pool was fantastic - large and clean with a great pool bar. The location was perfect, not too close to the main beach but not too far to walk either. The hotel was conveniently located near the bus stop, making it easy for us to explore all the sights. We also enjoyed the large balcony with great views and the delicious breakfast. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even better.

I chose Fenix Hotel because it was conveniently located near the Castelli of Emporio, a landmark I really wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless Internet access and concierge services. The continental breakfast at Fenix Collection was also a delightful highlight.

Only down point of my stay was the man who worked behind the bar who had a real attitude problem when I wanted to use the coffee machine for hot water in the evening. He was very rude and dealt with it badly.

The pool area was stunning and the staff were really friendly, especially one member who went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast had plenty of options and was really tasty. the location was great, just a short walk to the beach and a popular bakery on the way. the stay was relaxing and enjoyable.

The WiFi was not great and the signal in some areas was too weak to use.

The hotel's decoration was simply exquisite, with a beautiful design inspired by the traditional architecture of the region. The general areas were well maintained, and the outdoor pool and garden were truly delightful. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with easy access to the pool and other facilities. It made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

It would have been even better for senior people if the staff had been more attentive and understanding of our needs. The children working there seemed a bit indifferent and could have been more helpful and considerate towards us.

The room could use some updating, especially the bathroom. The bed was not very comfortable, but okay for a short stay.
